you probably just need to use the latest version of that plugin. It was updated a while ago to support NMT.

It was Indeed updated but not since the latest plugin of Deepl was released (T1 2020).

Anonymiser (appstore.sdl.com/.../) has not been updated recently

All I can tell you is that the latest version of the anonymizer removes NMT from the latest version of DeepL.

I suggest you just download the latest versions and install them.  But make sure you install properly so the old ones get removed first.  Maybe check in the plugins folders you don't have old versions there too:

...AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\

But juste to be sure, I managed to do this, but the way I did it made me loose also the origin status of the fuzzy.

What were the setting you applied to get rid of "NMT" (not loosing the other segment's origin and just automatic translation

I tested again with TM matches mixed in and see this where segments #2, #4 and #6 were NMT from DeepL:

The results wrt the origin status:

TM matches were maintained as expected:

DeepL NMT results were anonymized as expected:

Previously it was this:

So the origin and provider have been removed and replaced with interactive as requested.

What settings are you using and what are you seeing?
