The first thing that springs to mind here is the actual path length appears to be quite long and/or due to the spaces/special characters in the path

Try resaving the package in a different location- for example-

C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects\Customer XYZ 

(ensuring there are no special characters and or spaces in the path).

Now reopen Studio and try opening the package

I have always used this filing system and it was never an issue until now

Even if I try to open a fresh never translate studio package from the download folder it takes me to the same error message to the same folder. It won’t even mention the download folder...

You shouldn't try opening anything from the download folder at all.

This is as it says - simply the folder to download files- but not the place to work with them.

Some browsers (such as FireFox) are implementing security features that won't allow you to open/execute files from this location.

Please copy the file(s) from the download folder and move these to an appropriate location lsuch as 

C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects\Customer XYZ

Now try to open the package/file from within Studio- pointing to this new path.

I was only trying to do it from downloads to try something new. When I download the package from the agency's platform to my folding system then I get the following issue. 

1. The project folder gives me a location completely different from where the project is saved

2. I try to change it to where it actually is and I get the same error message as before

Just to close this thread.

We were able to resolve the issues by removing Studio completely from your machine, reinstalling and ensuring the correct folder structure.
