Translation memories not accepted in project settings

Question

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem again with trados 2019. When I add a translation memory in the project settings I get the message below (see screen). I also still have the pop up window: "forbidden". I specify that I have added the same translation memories in the "option" tab and for the same language pair.

 The clues are in the screenshot:

This message tells you that this project is already using the specific language par and not "All Language Pairs" 
 The informational message tells you what you need to do 
 This is where you need to add the TM... at the specific language pair 
 
 This is only necessary because this project is not using "All Language Pairs" which is the default. It's not a problem, you just need to add the TM in the right place.
