If you have been able to install the plugin but you are getting no results- please make sure this is enabled in Project Settings.

Should this not help- please remove the plugin- then ensure you run the Studio updates -the latest version is 12.0.4996.3 (Help- Check for Updates)- Restart your machine and reinstall the plugin.

I am not sure what you are referring to with the versions. We are using the most current versions of Studio and the plug-in.

We use SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional, SR2 version 15.2.6.2831. We have downloaded the latest version of the plug-in from the SDL AppStore, version 3.1.1.2.

We can use the machine translation in en-CA->fr-CA just fine, but not the other way around.

When we try to add it to a fr-CA->en-CA project, we get a message that this language pair is not supported and to try using AnyTM: Any other translation provider. Only then can we have the provider added to the project, but it won't give any results.

BeGlobal did not require any complicated procedure to work in fr-CA->en-CA.
