Sorry about what might have happened.

It sounds like you bought the upgrade ... we will release Studio 2021 towards the end of July and we are in fact in the process of sending an update email to all.

However it sounds like you received a 'sales' email with a countdown on an offer. I am sorry about this - normally once you purchased you should not receive 'sales' emails.

I can check a bit more into it ... do you have more than one email address potentially? Did you use one email address to purchase but you have an another email address registered with us... if not i would need to check our system as there might be a glitch...

Paul, I think I have deleted it. It started with "5 days left..." or "Just 5 days left..." or "Only 5 days left..."

Yes I have another email address - but most emails and mostly newsletters to that are in Spanish

Thanks Peter Peters, I did track it down and it was probably a countdown to the end of the offer... not to the release of the product.  As Massi mentioned you shouldn't have received it at all given you already purchased so we can take a look at why this happened and see if we can prevent it from occurring again in the future.
