I am trying to connect a local TB to a GroupShare project and receive the error message "multiterm is unable to retrieve the multimedia object" (Trados Studio 2019). If I try to open the same TB directly in MultiTerm (also 2019) I get the message that it has been created with an unsupported version of MultiTerm.
Does anyone know how I can solve this issue?

You should also make sure that you're fully updated with both Studio and MultiTerm (you didn't mention this so worth checking):
