Hi. I tried to import a tmx file into an empty sdltm but 0 segemts were imported. What could be the reason and how can I solve this problem? (When I opened the tmx file Trados had no problems reading it and displayed the segments fine.)

I have checked that I selected the right language at the start when creating the empty sdltm. I usually go with this method as I need to add information to the fields but if there is an alternative method for adding field info please share with me too!

P.S. My colleague had no problems importing the same tmx file into an empty sdltm so I wonder if it is my settings??
