error message "There were no relevant files found in the bundle....zip" after installing SR2 for Studio 2019 and working on XLF files coming from Lingo / MadCap

I work with Studio 2019 SR2  15.2.7.2849. One of my customers uses Software Lingo (Version 10.2.6786 64 Bit)  of MadCap and regularly sends me XLF files to translate them in Studio. There has never been a problem, but since I have installed SR2 I can work on the files as usual, however the customer cannot import them into his software. He gets the following error message "There were no relevant files found in the bundle....zip". Do you have any idea what the problem could be and how to solve it? Thank you for your help!

    Hello Stephan Whale,

    Thank you for your attempt to find a solution for my problem. However, the merging was not the problem, but the segmentation which was not taken over into the translated file (MadCap Lingo in this case).

    Finally it was necessary to go to “File \ Options \ File Types \ XLIFF Settings” and enable the “Add segmentation information to the translated file” option. Enabling this setting does not affect already created projects, so after the setting is enabled the project has to be recreated. However, if you use a project template, you definitely have also to create a new project template AND a new project. Afterwards everything is all right!
