When "Failed to add window command bar extensions" (Studio 2021) solutions don't work?

Question

Hello everyone, 
 
 I cannot start Trados Studio 2021. This happened after logging in to my account, then shutting my pc off and restarting it again the next morning. 
 Initially I was using Trados Studio 2017, which I recently updated to the 2019 version and again the 2021 version. 
 I tried to rename the file in the Roaming path... 'Studio 2016_old' but still no luck. 
 I am not sure what is my specific problem. 
 Could someone point me to what could be happening with my settings?

Hello Odile Breuvart , 
 We use the same email address for all SDL accounts. 
 So your SDL Community email address is the same one that you use on your SDL account, where you have your licenses and downloads etc. 
 I can also see that you have responded to our support team, so we should have the issue sorted quickly.

 It' a good question, and as Steve says:

 This is how it should be, but sometimes (more often than we'd like) users have different email addresses that they use to log into the SDL Community compared to the one they use to log into their SDL Account. Sometimes they even have multiple SDL Accounts. 
 When we create a support case on your behalf we can only use the email address you used to create this thread because we know what this is. So you need to make sure you check the email account that has the same address as the one you used for this thread since the support team will reply to you there. 
 That's what we mean by "SDL Community email address".
