コメントを入れたときに表示される名前は、Windows設定のユーザ名で、変更不可との認識です。
ただ、客先に個人名等が出るのは問題であるため、訳文ファイルで加工が必要になり不便です。
App等で解決策はございませんでしょうか。

There are a number of apps available on the SDL AppStor3e that allow you do anonymize data
