コメントを入れたときに表示される名前は、Windows設定のユーザ名で、変更不可との認識です。
ただ、客先に個人名等が出るのは問題であるため、訳文ファイルで加工が必要になり不便です。
App等で解決策はございませんでしょうか。

I have same problem about name in track change and comment. If installed Anonymizer, I can change name in track change and comment to, for example, initial or optional characters?

I tried Trados Batch Anonymizer. It worked almost successfully for tracked changes.
