Hi all
I just got the idea (bad) to download the app XLIFF Compare and since then I am not able to enter sdl anymore
I am still on 2019 instance and tried to repair the instance and deinstall the app but I still do get this message
"Impossible de démarrer le service "SDL.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars Action Service"
Could anyone help?
Perhaps try deleting all the files and folders inside these locations:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\
Then doubleclick the sdlplugin file you downloaded and try again by restarting Studio.

Hi Paul,
I've just got the same messsage after updating the TMBackup add-on to version 2.0.4.0 with Studio 2019.
I've only uninstalled that version of the plug-in and reinstalled my older 2.0.3.1 version, and everything is OK now.
Seems TMBackup version 2.0.4.0 creates the issue.
