Have you used a fresh user profile or do you maintain the same as in Studio 2019?

In my case this ORNSTAIOAO errors do not popup that frequently, neither in S2019 nor in 2021. However, I started with a completely fresh user profile in S2021.

You could try to reset window layout for the start, this may help to get rid of this unfriendly message,

The main problem is that this message is a very generic message.  So you might see half a dozen mentions of this in the forum and every one could be related to something completely different depending on what you are doing at the time.

What always helps is this:

1. Explain what you were doing each time this occurs
   
   
2. Provide a stack trace as this will contain the details which might help with the appropriate resolution
   

It is when saving and opening next segment it happens, but it is not those popups, looks like it is Windows own popup, in local language.

It happens also when using ctrl+z or when placing the marker somewhere in the segments etc.

or when marking a tag etc, etc

Looks like all this is connected to the view in Studio. Please try to reset window layout and check again.

Thanks, I will keep that in mind, right now it works ok, but you might be right. I closed and opened and did not use the filter - there is a lot of segments already translated, so I used the Draft filter, and it seems like that is a "burden" on the system. 

Now it happened again, but for a long time all well. It happend, as before, when I used the ctrol+z, which I used to return to original content (which was there in no translated status and populated by customer) of the segment, instead of using the fuzzy that was auto suggested. 

I reset the window, did not help

Can you tell me if you have any plugins installed, and if you do which ones?  What happens if you disable the plugins (remove them)?  If the problem goes away perhaps add them back in one at a time until the problem reappears?

I don't know if the plugins are to blame here, but it is a possibility.
