Object reference not set to an instance of an object for 2021

Question

Hi 
 
 I experience a lot more of the tedious Object reference not set to an instance of an object in 2021 then earlier versions and wonder why. Anybody has any general tips or speculations about why this happens? Is it my setup, the projects or 2021 itself? 
 
 As a side, I don't understand why Windows doesn't make this common popup a little more user friendly, like refrasing it in common sense language, maybe including some advice, but I guess Windows is still Windows of old :-)

 On this basis I think you only have four to worry bout. So a pretty trivial exercise to verify. Just click the trash can next to each one, restart Studio, then see if the problem is still there. If it isn't then we know a plugin is to blame here. 
 Next, add them back in one at a time and test the problem after adding each one. So a maximum of four tests. Although, I'd hazard a guess the problem may be linked to #YourProductivity and Qualitivity so I'd start with these two and then you might only need to run two tests.

Have you used a fresh user profile or do you maintain the same as in Studio 2019? 
 In my case this ORNSTAIOAO errors do not popup that frequently, neither in S2019 nor in 2021. However, I started with a completely fresh user profile in S2021. 
 You could try to reset window layout for the start, this may help to get rid of this unfriendly message,

 Can you tell me if you have any plugins installed, and if you do which ones? What happens if you disable the plugins (remove them)? If the problem goes away perhaps add them back in one at a time until the problem reappears? 
 I don't know if the plugins are to blame here, but it is a possibility.
