There are a couple of things to check here.

First check that there isnt an extra window open in the background (may be open off screen)

You can see for example here, there is another Window open

Next would be check the Windows Task Manager

Close any instances of Studio (Apps) and then scroll through Background Processes and end any instances of Studio related programs.

If the issue persists - you could perhaps download 'Lock Hunter' https://lockhunter.com/

This free software will check if there is a file or folder that is being 'locked' and therefore preventing the action.

Next try repairing and/or resetting Studio

There were no duplicated or locked software.  Currently, this happens daily.
The only way to close (that I know of) is forced shut-down, something you don't want to do every day.
I am guessing perhaps when I create a bilingual review file, export, edit, and import reviewed file, I might have unintentionally changed the source when I use grammar check tools, etc.
I repaired my Studio.  I hope it will not occur again.

It is not getting better.  I could not close/end Studio again and again.
I did not use bilingual review, no other software blocking, and I did reset Studio.
What am I doing wrong?
