I have Studio 19 and recently it doesn't open anymore, giving me the error message below
gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
I removed the programme and reinstalled it, no change. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Any reason why you didn't follow the advice in the KB article you mentioned? That would be the first thing to try and none of the four possible solutions mentioned were remove and reinstall.

I tried the various solutions. There is half disk space on C-drive available, no Defender activated, but I don't know where to look in the projects.xml file. Might there be a conflict between Studio 17 and 19? I have the older version also installed as back-up. If I delete both, can I re-install studio 17 as back-up? Thank you.
