Embedded content in PO (portable object) file

Question

I have to process a PO (portable object ) file. The origin is Django message file. When I process it in Trados Studio 2019, the HTML tags are correctly converted into tags. However, some of the HTML entities (e.g. &dagger;) and python coding (e.g. %(msg)s) are left in the translatable text. I am using the below default embedded content settings at the moment.
