would appreciate if anyone can help me out with the following requirement, apart from Alignment options:
1) Source file I have 10, similarly 10 target files I have.
2) I would like to import those into TM with less manual effort.
As in future morethan 1000 of files will come

I often use the Okapi Aligner (part of the Okapi Rainbow Toolkit: https://okapiframework.org/wiki/index.php?title=Rainbow). If you don't mind chewing yourself through a rather non-intuitive "early 1990s" style interface, it's a pretty good solution, especially for a large number of files. It's a hassle to step out of the SDL environment, but I was often happier with the alignment quality. There is no option to check the alignments, though, you have to take it as it comes out of the machine. LF Aligner and Trados allow you to check and correct the alignments, Okapi does not.

Thanks Brother, but I dont know how to use it? How can I compare source & target file I mean to make it TMX, source & target needs to be mapped
Well, Okapi would map source to target and produce a TMX file. If you need to change that mapping, i.e. edit the alignment, you would have to use a tool like Olifant, which is also free, but that would be quite cumbersome. If your files have good segment parity, I would try Okapi, but if you will need to do a lot manually, I find the SDL Aligner quite fast and good to work with. I put "Connect", "Confirm" and "Disconnect" on mouse buttons, so I don't have to move my hand between mouse and keyboard. Very fast and - I find - intuitive interface. LF Aligner is also fine, good to use once you are familiar with the not-so-intuitive interface. But I don't think it handles bulk operations well.
A lot will depend on your segmentation settings for both languages, no matter what tool you use.
