Help! My TM corrupted in the middle of translating and nothing is fixing it!

IError message in Trados Studio 2019 stating 'The translation memory may be in use, could not be accessed.'

I've tried renaming/deleting the repository. I've tried running a repair with the TMRepair add-in. I can't export it into a TMX because Trados won't let me open it to export it. I am using Trados 2019.

Any ideas?

Thanks

  • Sorry for this, but backup is your life-insurance. No backup, no joy - this is really as simple as that. But left that alone, you should be able to recreate the TM as described. If you import sdlxliff files or use the batch to update, you will lose nothing.
