Problem with Trados 2021: "An unexpected error has occurred while loading the application plug-ins"

Hi, 
 I have just upgraded Trados from version 2017 to version 2021. Everything works well, except the Plugins. As soon as I install Plugins, I get this error: "An unexpected error has occurred while loading the application plug-ins" and then I can't use most of the Plugins I have installed. I solved the problem once using the solution in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge , but after I installed a couple of Plugins, I always received the same error. Here below I send the screenshot of the error. 
 
 Could you please help me to solve this problem because I have an urgent project that I have to deliver?

Hello @ Far P 
 I would first suggest removing the plugins you installed for Studio 2017/2021 
 Simply Click on the Windows Icon and then type SDL Plugin Management

Now select the version (2017) and uninstall the plugins- 
 Please repeat with Studio 2021 and remove the plugins. 
 Now navigate to the following folders eg. 
 
 C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\unpacked 
 C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\packages 
 and remove any existing apps and repeat for the following 
 C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\unpacked 
 C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\unpacked 
 Now try downloading and installing the required apps from the SDL App Store- selecting the correct version.
