Superscsript + subscript caracters in Trados + Multiterm

Question

I'm trying to implement a rule in Trados 2021 to implement some automatic microtypographical changes. 
 For instance, in French I want Trados to change 1er to 1 er , so with "er" in superscript (or for instance no -> n o CO2 -> CO 2 ) and I can't find any option to automate that process. I tried to insert them als ordinals in the auto-correct list, but couldn't find a way to insert superscript characters. 
 
 Does anyone have a solution or an idea?

 This is actually more tricky than it seems for a few reasons. 
 
 superscript and subscript are only supported in some filetypes so Studio won't allow it unless it is supported in the target file 
 you need to insert a controlling tag pair to force the use of superscript/subscript. It's not simple text. 
 
 This means using text replacement will not work. You could probably do something using AutoHotkey. So pressing Win+1 with this script: 
 #1::Send, 1^+=er{RIGHT} 
 Would get me this using my keyboard: 
 
 The problem might be that you'd need a lot of hotkeys to satisfy your requirements here. I imagine someone like Jesús Prieto would be able to create a much better example that "may" work as more of an automatic replacement when you simply type "1er"... that would be beyond my ability to write as easily as I did this one.

You mean exporting the AutoCorrect list, right? 
 As far as I know, Microsoft Word let's you format the AutoCorrect entries, but not Trados Studio. The reason, I guess is that Word knows their own formatting. 
 Talking about AutoHotkey, this is the script I use for CO2: 
 :*B0C:CO2:: SelectLastChar() ; Select "2" SubscriptTrados() return SelectLastChar(n:= 1) { SendInput {Shift down}{Left %n%}{Shift up} } Control(key:= "") { SendInput, {Ctrl Down}%key%{Ctrl Up} } SubscriptTrados() { Control("{`+}") ;CTRL + + in SDL Trados } 
 It's true that you'd need an AutoHotkey entry for each case, exactly the same thing as with any AutoCorrect. 
 The good point is that you can group them. For example, this script will work for SiO2 and CO2 : 
 :*B0C:SiO2:: :*B0C:CO2:: SelectLastChar() SubscriptTrados() return 
 A similar thing can be done for other compounds, like H2O, and superscripts re. 1er and n&ordm; .
