I guess projects are not filtered in any way in the Project view. I mean, Completed is not selected, for example:

However, I have just noticed that .sdlppx extension is not included in the file type list. I only have .sdlxliff. I don't remember if .sdlppx was there in Studio 2019. Could that be the reason?

SDLPPX is not a filetype, it has always been a package.

So your client sends you SDLXLIFF files to translate, right?

Hi Jesús Prieto , SDLPPX and SDLRPX are filetypes under Windows (as opposed to filetypes in Studio):

In my Windows control panel SDL Trados Studio shows as default application to open them.

Catarina Lopes Have you already tried to uninstall Studio completely and to reinstall it?

This particular client sends all his files in a package, which worked fine for several years until I installed Studio 2021.

However, I have just noticed that these packages are in a .wsxz format, which is not among the supported packages anymore:

Would you know why and how can this be fixed?

I had such high hopes this was going to work, unfortunately it did not... 

I tried installing the plugin several times, but I still cannot see the Open WorldServer package button.

Did you close and restart Trados Studio?

I did, several times and even restarted my computer. I can only see an inactive Create WorldServer Return Package button. The Open WorldServer package button is not even there.

I am downloading SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack now to see if it helps in any way...

The plugin is finally working!! 

This is what I did (after many experiments):

I double-clicked directly on the WorldServer package to open it = nothing happened ... But then, somehow, this made the Open WorldServer Package button visible in the Home tab! I clicked on it to open the package (it did!) and now I have both WorldServer buttons active. 

I'm so glad this is sorted. It was really getting on my nerves!
