Can't view Word Count Report after analyzed documents

Hi everyone, 
 I am using Windows 7 and SDL Trados Studio 2014 Professional. 
 I can't view the Word Count Report after analyzed documents, it show in the report below:

 I would suggest first resetting windows layout 
 
 And if this fails then to repair/reset Studio
