When you translate a pdf in Studio, the file you export at the end is a docx file. The screenshot above shows you're having problems opening a pdf. Do you mean you're no longer able to open the original digitally-signed pdf?

The workflow for translating digitally signed pdfs in Studio works for me, but I guess it depends on the signature type. 

I have solved the problem. Even if my laptop automatically recognizes the exported file as PDF and wants to open it with Adobe, I have to select manually Word Office as software and it works.
