Hi, is it possible in Studio 2021 to upload into an existing sdlxliff an updated version of a source document already in translation? Without having to abandon the existing xliff and starting from scratch again?
> keep all the unchanged segments
> insert new source segments
> show modified segments with track changes
> etc, etc

Yes... although not with the tracked changes part. For that you need to run a comparison using a plugin from the appstore (there are several to support this concept), or rely on your TM that will show the original and obviously shows what's different. Just right-click and select update file:
