"un élément avec la même clé a déjà été ajouté"

Hello everyone,

I am using Trados in French and I keep getting this error message when I try starting a new project or simply a new translation: "un élément avec la même clé a déjà été ajouté", which in English means "An item with the same key has already been added."

I tried several things: deleting all the project files from my Trados folders in my PC file browser; changing the layout and character font of the file I want to import (source language); delete any change tracks in the original Word file.

Could somebody help? I just need to import that Word file into Trados and start translating ASAP!

Its perhaps worth checking the plugins and ensuring you dont have duplicates-
