Questions:

• what settings are you using for the analysis and are they the same as the ones your client is using?  I know you said they are the same but screenshots would be helpful to make sure you are looking at the right things
• what version of Trados Studio 2019 SR2 are you using... worth making sure they are exactly the same.  For example... are they both SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849.  There may not be any differences with changes that could affect the leverage but good to be sure.

• Yes, we checked. At least some. I read through some similar threads here and people usually recommended checking these (see below), and these are the same. Are there others you would recommend to check as well? We also have the same Minimal match value in Pre-translate batch task.

• I checked the SR2 versions and they are not the same. Mine is 15.2.7.2849, theirs is 15.2.0.1041, but they also told me there are no updates available. Do you then think that this could be the reason?
• Is there anything else worth checking?

Here are the analyses. Mine on the right (with their TM and my TM), theirs on the left (their TM which includes my entire TM), just in case they could be helpful in some way.
