I started a translation project with the 2019 version, then upgraded to the 2021 version. I created a project package for the revisor who uses the 2019 version. She has uploaded a return package to the cloud that we use, which has never been an issue before. The folder says "sdlrpx", but when you download it, it is a zip folder containing an "sdlproj" file, which cannot be opened in SDL Studio. Either it says that the project is already open or, when you close the current project, the file cannot be opened either. I've checked with the revisor, but she has not done anything differently. Is this an issue caused by different Studio versions or could it be an issue with the cloud (academicCloud)? As I said, we did not have this problem with the 2019 version.
