Mi accent key and insert key dont work on studio

Question

When I type the accent key, &acute; to type the vowels &aacute; &eacute; &iacute; &oacute; &uacute; the progam types it the opposite way, instead of facing right, its facing left. And to write the right way I have to type the { [ key, which is below the accent key (&acute; &uml;) 
 Also, the insert key stopped functioning, I cannot copy segment the way I used to. 
 
 Im thinking it may be a problem with windows defender, as apparently I have too many restrictions enabled. But I have taken the SDL folder totally from the protected files list in Defender and it still does this.

 Every now and then I happen to work in Spanish and I do in Studio exactly as in MS Word: 
 ALT+160: &aacute; , 
 ALT+161: &iacute; , 
 ALT+162: &oacute; , 
 ALT+163: &uacute; . 
 Sorry for the " &eacute; ": I have a French AZERTY keyboard, where it comes directly on the "2" key. I hope il will work for you.

Hi Daniel Medina , 
 Could it be that you're using a keyboard with a Latin American layout but you have set a Spanish (Spain) layout in Windows 10? 
 If so, that would exactly explain the problem with the accented vowels. 
 Please, check your Language settings in Windows. 
 On the other hand, no idea about the INSERT key. Does it work in Word, for example? Which shortcut is not working in Trados, like ALT+INSERT to copy source to target? Did you check your shortcuts in Trados Studio Options?
