Changes in Multiterm termbase do not appear in Studio

Question

Hello everybody, 
 I have just, after quite a long time, started using Studio/Multiterm again, 2015 version. From within Multiterm, I have added an item each to the Customers and Subjects picklists. They appear in Termbase Management > Definition > Descriptive Fields. 
 I have closed and opened the termbase, removed and added the amended termbase to the project in Studio, but the new items on the picklists do not appear. Yet when I add a new term in the termbase from within Studio, they are in the termbase when I view it in Multiterm. 
 Any help very much appreciated. Thank you

 I would perhaps first check that both Studio and MultiTerm are on the latest stand (Help- Check for updates). 
 Then perhaps reorganize the Termbase and then add this back into the project to see if this helps.
