I want a shortcut instead of "Do you really want to mark this project as complete?"

Hi,

I have never really got around to change projects to completed as it feels cumbersome without a shortcut. But when I sometimes do try to get structure in my work life and want to mark projects as complete, I (a) move the cursor towards the project in question and (b) then right click on the mouse button, so to the menu opens (c) and I (d) mark the Mark project as complete. What happens? Up comes a popup asking me if I really want to do it. And so I move the cursor to the OK and click one time more.

Would it be possible to put on a wish list something like a shortcut and  the option "Please do not ask me that question ever again"?

It would be so nice when I am finish with a project to to press, let's say Ctrl + F and voila, Complete!

I hope somebody will tell me that there is actually a shortcut ...

:-)

Best regards,

Knut

  • Thank you, Jesús. I did not mean to Finalize a batch. I guess that what had happened is that some of my files read 100% and others 97%, for instance.

I get the 100% when all TU are finished and confirmed + I "close" in the File section.

I went back to those that showed 97% and there are some untranslatables that prevent from getting 100% - but I can still "Close" them.

Regarding going back to the previous web page, it is only on this page that I cannot just hit the backward arrow. I may have a "commands menu" line hidden.

I will try and see next time going back to Translation Productivity.

Thank you very much for your time!!! Have a good day!
