Hello. I wonder if there is any plugin available in Studio that creates main translation memories according to the project languages? Pretty much what the Populate project translation memories batch task does but for main translation memories.

You will always create (or use existing) MainTranslation Memories when you set up the project. There are no plugins that will do this for you.
Project TM's are on the other hand, are disposable resources, created by the Project Manager and used by an external translator but never used to update the main TM's
