Thank you for the quick answer, Jerzy! Unfortunately, I'm none the wiser... I tried the following:

• Switched interface language to EN. The error message now reads: "Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies. Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden." Weirdly, the second part of the message is still in German. That translates as "The indicated module could not be found." There's no link to the knowledge base in the error. Searching the knowledge base manually for it doesn't return any results.
• I reset window layout
• I reset the user profile and studio itself

The error is still present.

So now we need to wait until some SDL support people will see this. I am "am Ende mit meinem Latein".
