I managed to install SDL Trados Studio 2021 just fine onto my computer, but I'm having trouble trying to start up and open the application. Every time I double click on it I just keep getting the following error message: Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started. and then the app closes.
Any idea how to fix this? My system is Windows 8 if that makes any difference.
