Does reorganizing the termbase help?

You need to open your termbase in MultiTerm and then you'll find it here:

But also make sure you have the correct versions installed as this is important and can also affect recognition.

SDL Trados Studio 2021 - 16.1.3.4096
SDL MultiTerm 2021 - 16.1.1.541

Thanks for the info. 

I can open the termbase in MultiTerm, but when I click on Termbase Management the following error pops up: 

"An error occurred while parsing EntityName, Line 1, position 169."

As Paul mentioned, check also the build numbers of both Trados Studio and MultiTerm.

Had the same problem and tried disabling the LookAhead function and it did the trick! Not my idea by the way, found it somewhere...

• Go to File, and select Options.
• In the Options dialog, in the navigation tree, expand Editor.
• Select Automation.
• Under Translation Memory, clear the Enable LookAhead checkbox.
