If it's converted into a tag it's probably because it's a field in Word.  So t's automatically handled by Word.  Your best bet is to translate the fields in Word, or find out where the source text is actually coming from and translate that.

You should not delete these tags.

For the text "Figure" the translation can be available in Studio or you will simply need to adapt that in the final Word file. It is not complicated and does need to be done only once, all figures will then be updated. This tags are—as Paul already pointed out—a result of fields in Word. This tags can also refer to the complete picture descriptions, so it is also advisable to formulate sentences accordingly. These descriptions will then be quoted in the final document in the same form as they are written at the pictures. If your grammar would typically need to modify these (in Polish this would be the case), you neeed to adapt the sentence to let it refer to unmodified text.
