Only manually by running Multiterm alongside Studio.

What if I align the documents first, and then, perhaps it's easier?
Yes... if you save the alignment as an sdlxliff you can then open the sdlxliff in the normal Studio Editor and not the alignment Editor. Then you can add your termbase and more easily add your terms.

I'm wondering, if I've already aligned my document (once), and I haven't myself saved this file, is it perhaps still stored somewhere?

Probably not if you didn't press save... but try searching your computer for *.sdlalign files and you might get lucky.

I have been lucky :) thank you so much.
Ok, it seems this is not the end of it. I cannot open th sdlalign file. In the system, it says "This file type is not supported".
I have done it now this way - I have chosen to translate a single document. Then copied the source text and the target text has come up itself from the TM. Then I'm adding the terms I need. I'm not sure it's the best way.

No surprises. You can only open this in the alignment editor. So try gain and once it's open in the right place you can save it as an sdlxliff. Then you'll be able to open the sdlxliff in the normal translation editor.
