After the last Maintenance of Language Cloud & App Slate (March 13-14, 2021) Unable to connect to language Cloud or my account in Trados 2019

Dear team,

After completion of the last maintenance scheduled and notified for March 13/14, 2021, I have been unable to connect to Language Cloud (i.e. set up a project using language cloud), and my name does not appear when I open my Trados 2019 program (seems like it is searching, but unable to connect...).

Error message: Connection to Language Cloud failed.

This problem is exactly the same as the one described by Anne Sophie Fradier, support case ID 00588122.
