Table breaks not creating new segments

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have a table that has different fields. For some reason, Trados is not breaking up the cells in different segments as it has done when the documentation was coming from other softwares. Can you please help me with this? The (edited) table is below in case it helps.

 I jumped on a call with an SDL Support member and she helped me create a filter that now I am applying and that is working! I think it is a problem with the xliff so I needed Support's help.

 What filetype are you attempting to use to process the file? That information would be helpful. 
 I saved it as html and it works just fine for me:

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
