Trados Studio 2021 Shutdown after installing Plug In

Question

Hello, I was trying to install Studio Power pack on my Trados Studio 2021 new version. 
 Now I can't start it and every time I want to start it, this message appears: 
 
 What did I do wrong? 
 How can I fix this issue? 
 Any help would be highly appreciated!

 Its important to always post the full error stack as this provides more detail as to the problem. 
 
 Please navigate to the following folders- 
 C:\Users\ yourname \AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages 
 C:\Users\ yourname \AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\ Unpacked 
 and delete. the plugins 
 Now try to restart Studio. 
 When installing the Compatibility, please refer to the notes here (based on the actual version of Studio you are running).

 I think you should go to the licensing and installation forum ( https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/licensing ) and get help from RWS: 
 
 I don't know whether they do chats on the weekend, but this is the way to get help if you can't even start.
