Start with "Reset window layout" from the View menu in Editor. Repeat for all other view parts in Studio. Restart Studio. If this does not help, reset Studio according to this article Repairing your installation of SDL Trados Studio
Consider using a completely NEW user profile.

I found that article and followed the steps, but I cannot find the files mentioned in my laptop, like BaseSettings.xml and the rest... What should I do? Can I just uninstall SDL Trados 2019 and re-install it? May it help?
I restarted my laptop and received the following error message,- "An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate debug log and contact technical support.

The version of suite "TranslationStudio2019" must be of the form x.y.z.

I do the repairing part. Then in the Workaround 2 I cannot find the files mentioned and thus cannot rename them... And with doing only the repair process it does not work.
