Corrupted TM

Hello,

I've read all the posts that I could technically understand regarding corrupt TMs and tried these 2 solutions: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031566 and https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0035305 but nothing changed. I've been sent the TM many times and re-created the projects to try again, but it doesn't work. Is it a issue related to Studio versions? 2015/2017/2019...? The TMS work on client's side...

Thanks a lot, I don't know what to do anymore and time flies by!

    What exactly is the problem you encounter? 
    You say that you have a problem with a corrupted TM, but if I understand well, the same TM can be opened without problem by the customer, which is strange.
    What happens when you try to open the TM in the view "Translation Memories"? Does it say that it is corrupt? 
    Can you still export the TM? If yes, do this and then create a new TM and import the TMX yoiu exported.

    If you cannot export but the TM works fine at the customer's site, as you say, then ask your customer to do a TMX export and send it to you. You can then create a new TM and import this TMX file.

    In any case, please post a screenshot of the error message you get. This will be more helpful than just saying that it does not work.
