I think we need a little more information and explanation as to what exactly you are using (maybe a link) so we can test this.
Are you using Trados Studio or Live Essentials?
Any screenshots you can provide would also be helpful.

I am also facing the same problem,
Google input tool -(Tamil) - version 1.1.3.18 not working with SDL Trados studio-2019
Can anybody solve this problem?
