If i understand you correctly, you are referring to working within the editor?

If you are not confirming each segment as you work, and simply moving from segment to segment, the p[age wont scroll.

However if you are confirming each segment to the TM (CTRL+ENTER) the page should scroll as you work.

If this isn't the case, please provide screenshots so we can get a better idea.

I enjoyed very much working with Trados, but had to change (unfortunately) to another software for some years (which was not good), so that I am a little out of practice.

Yes, of course, this is as you describe... I didn´t want to confirm each segment as I work with a groupshare TM, and I don´t want to save segments which are not "perfect", as I do first a rough translation.

So, by confirming the segments, there is no possibility to scroll to an entirely new page beneath? Only to the new segment beneath?

There is an Editor setting that might work.

Go to File -> Options -> Editor and check the box for "Center active row".

Then try moving down through the segments and see whether Studio centers the segment the cursor is in.
