I think its worth first trying to understand, whether you are a Project Manager or a Freelancer (due to the large number of languages/project management) and whether you are working in Trados Live Essentials/Team or in Trados Studio itself.

Sorry if I was not clear enough about my function or type of Trados. I will work in Trados Studio 2021 SR1 and I will need to maintain like in this example 2 translation memories from 2 different customers. The translation memories must been seperated 100% from each other, German may not overlap for example if they both have German.

In this case then, I would suggest you create separate TM's for each client (and for the language pairs you translate) and name these accordingly.

For instance- 

EN_DE-Client A

EN_DE-Client B

Now when you create a project for client A- you select the relevant TM(s) for the project.

You can then also create Project Templates for each client- which then remember the particular settings/TM's/Language Pairs- saving you time each time you create a project
