I am working on a Word file and need to add an NMT to the project sources. I am using Trados Studio 2019.
When I click on “impostazioni di progetto” from Home, I get the following message “Eccezione generate dalla destinazione di una chiamata” (Exception generated by call destination).
I cannot access the impostazioni di progetto any longer.
What can i do?

Also could you explain exactly what you mean by-
need to add an NMT to the project sources
Also please let us know the exact version of Studio you are working with (Help- About Studio) and which MT provider you are trying to use.

This morning, when I launched Trados, everything was working back again. I cannot tell you what happened and cannot send you the full error stack, I am sorry, because the problem has “magically” disappeared.
I am using SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus – SR2, upgraded from 2011.
With “I need to add a NMT to the project sources” I meant that I wanted to add a NMT to the “Translation Memories and MTs” options under “Project settings” – “Use”.
What MT provider was I trying to use?
Good question.
I know that Trados offers a free 500.000-word NMT that could be connected to my projects. This offer is promoted on the SDL/RSW website.
Still, when I click on “SDL language cloud” (under Project Settings > Translation Memories and MTs > Use) I do not get the window you show on your wizard guide videos.
What I get is the following message:
I click on “il proprio account/my account” and it opens the following page, which asks me to buy a package:
My question is: how can I get the free 500.000-word NMT that has been promoted by TRADOS?
I presume I have to download a plug-in. Where can I find it? I cannot find it under the list of plug-ins available on the websites.
Will you be so kind as to tell me what can I do to get the free NMT offered by Trados? Step by step, please.
