Hi,
I'm using SDL Studio 2021 for translating financial statements from Arabic into English. The source text is always Arabic. Sometimes, the Arabic text in some segment appear jumbled and upside down and doesn't make any sense (please see source segment number (422) in the printscreen shot below). How do I solve this problem? Does this have to do with tags?

Does this happen with all files or only specific files?
What is the source file format? If this is PDF- are you preparing the file first outside of Studio?

Hi Steven,
This problem happens sometimes when the Arabic text is the source. There are no issue with English files.
The file format is word. I don't prepare the files, I just receive them as is and translate them.
