On several PCs on our company network, Trados Studio 2021 shows by error a notification "No internet connection".
As suggested by Paul Filkin, I'm creating this new thread so that a support case can be created.
- Trados version: SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.6.4276
- Windows version: 8.1 Pro (some machines virtualized, others not), Windows 10 Pro
- Company firewall open for HTTP and HTTPS, no proxy used
- Windows firewall: no influence on message
- HTTP and HTTPS available on each PC
- No proxy set on Windows
- Connection tests as found on similar threads in this forum DO work
- Possible solutions as found on similar threads in this forum DO NOT work
Exception: one PC (no VM, Windows 10 Pro 21H1, Trados version as above, on the same LAN, same conditions) does NOT show the error notication "no internet connection"
