I just updated Studio Freelance 2021 to the latest version, and the only change I can see is that the lock symbol for locked segments all of a sudden are extremely large:
What is the point of this? It looks confusing and they cover more than just one segment so it's not entirely clear which segment is actually locked. Would appreciate if you could restore them.

Could you please let us know exactly what version you are running please (Help- About Trados).
This looks to be an actual scaling issue-( applies to High Resolution screens) so please check that you have Windows scaling set to 100%

Hi,
Yes, I have a larger scale, but I have a very big screen with high resolution so I have to have those settings, otherwise everything would be incredibly small.
However, I uninstalled Studio and then downloaded it and installed it again so now everything is normal. I will not be installing that update again though...
This is what it looks like now (as you can see, I have a large font, but the symbols are smaller in this version and don't cover the text):
