After I use "Search & Replace" (Ctrl + F or Ctrl +H), the cursor on the screen does not at the position where I currently translate.
So I would like to know the keyboard shortcut that makes the cursor on the screen jump to the word or phrase that I am translating.
Try Ctrl+Home then Ctrl+Down as suugested above. Arrows work in both directions, that is you can also use Ctrl+Up to jump to the next unconfirmed segment above. However Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+Down shortcuts will be of more use in most cases.

CTRL+G allows you to jump to segments according to certain conditions. CTRL+Arrow down brings you to the next segment in status not translated or draft. CTRL+Arrow up brings you to the previous segment in status not translated or draft.
Oh, sorry—I have just read what you really need. Unfortunately, there is no shortcut to get to the currently translated segment. So CTRL+HOME and CTRL+Down is currently the best way to get there. You could also use Bookmarks from the Advanced menu. When you add a bookmark to the current segment, you go go to it later. Or try do apply a shortcut to "Go to last segment"—maybe it will do what you need.

Thank you for your helpful advice. As you suggested, now I checked the shortcut list of Trados 2021, but I couldn't find a shortcut item. Or can I create a new shortcut to "Go to last segment" or "Go to segment that I am currently translating" ?
I am not sure, if that will work. But you can check here:
Add a desired shortcut (must be unique) there.

It works well ! I selected "Go to last segment in project" and created a new shortcut key. Then, I could jump to the segment that I was translating by the newly created shortcut. Thank you for your kind advice. This will speed up my translation job.
